About Customs@SG Web Application
The Customs@SG Web Application allows travellers to declare and pay Customs duty and/or Goods and Services Tax (GST) for overseas purchases before arriving in Singapore.
You can use it anytime, anywhere, up to 3 days before your arrival, helping you complete your declaration in advance and exit the checkpoint smoothly through the Customs Green Channel after payment.
Once payment has been made, travellers will be notified via email, and travellers have the option of downloading the receipt from the web application. Travellers can proceed to exit the checkpoint by the Customs Green Channel. When they are stopped for checks, travellers can show the e-receipts on their mobile devices or printed hardcopy receipts as proof of payment.
What You Can Do with Customs@SG Web Application
Declare Goods and Pay Duty and/or GST
You can declare all overseas purchases you are bringing into Singapore in a single declaration. This must include all items that exceed your duty-free concession and/or GST import relief.
You can submit and pay for your declaration up to 3 days before your arrival.
Save a Declaration as a Draft
If you are declaring more than 3 days before arrival, you can save your declaration as a draft and complete payment later. A declaration number will be emailed to you.
Retrieve Receipts or Drafts
You can retrieve your receipt or saved draft by entering your declaration number and email address in the Search receipts / drafts module.
