Obtain Customs Export Permit
Learn how to obtain a Customs export permit, including registering your business, activating your Customs Account activation, and submitting applications via through TradeNet.
To export goods from Singapore, you must first:
Register your business
Register with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), or
Obtain a Unique Entity Number (UEN) from the relevant UEN issuance agency.
This enables you to apply for export permits and manage Customs transactions.
How to Apply for an Export Permit
After activating your Customs Account, you may:
Option 1: Appoint a Declaring Agent
You may appoint a declaring agent to apply for permits on your behalf.
Option 2: Submit Applications Yourself
You may apply for permits:
For your own shipments, or
On behalf of your clients.
To do this, you must:

All permit applications must be submitted through TradeNet, using either:
A TradeNet front-end solution from an approved solution provider, or
Fees and Charges
