Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA)

Import of fruits machines and jackpot machines is regulated by GRA.

  • The Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) was reconstituted from the Casino Regulatory Authority (CRA) on 1 August 2022. GRA is a statutory board under the Ministry of Home Affairs and is responsible for regulating the gambling industry in Singapore.

  • GRA also administers the approval of import of controlled items (fruit machines or jackpot machines), listed under the First Schedule of the Regulation of Import and Exports Regulations.
