The fees listed below apply to traders who submit their own permit applications.
They do not include any service fees that may be charged by freight forwarders or other third-party service providers.
Processing Through TradeNet
TradeNet Permit Applications
A typical TradeNet permit application costs about S$3.19, comprising:

TradeNet Certificate of Origin (CO) Applications
A CO application costs about S$6.29, comprising:
S$4.00 statutory fee

Combined Export Permit + Certificate of Origin Applications
A combined application typically costs about S$9.27, comprising:

Manual Processing
The following fees apply for requests processed manually, in accordance with the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Fees) Regulations:

Customs’ Miscellaneous Fees and Rates
The following charges apply under the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates) Regulations:

Attendance of a Customs officer
For each of the following activities, the fee is S$29 per half hour or part thereof per continuous operation:
Survey of goods
Destruction of goods
Stuffing and unstuffing of containers
Bottling, blending, compounding, varying or denaturing of intoxicating liquors in a licensed warehouse
Reconditioning of liquors and tobacco in bond
Packing and, if required, sealing of duty-paid goods for re-export under drawback
Operations in premises not licensed under the Customs Act
Any other act or service requiring Customs officer attendance as determined by the Director-General
Escort of vehicles, containers or craft conveying dutiable or other goods as the Director-General may determine
