  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

  • Closed on weekends and public holidays

    Peak Hours:

    • 10am to 12pm

    • 3pm to 5pm

  • Submitting a request through the online enquiry form, or

  • Calling the Singapore Customs Contact Centre at +65 6355 2000

Call-back requests are handled during operating hours.
